Delivery
info Your completed order will be despatched promptly to
you via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or by courier
(dependant on order quantity/size). Both delivery methods
will require a signature upon delivery.
Please
note: Royal Mail do
not guarantee a timescale for delivery of First Class Recorded
items - they are treated as normal first class items. However,
in our experience, it is unusual that delivery takes place
later than within two working days of despatch.
Turnaround Postcards
and Folded cards
Proofs are normally sent within 48hrs of receiving your order
and your order is normally printed and despatched within 48
hrs of your proof approval*. This means that the typical turnaround
time, from receipt of order to despatching completed cards,
is around 5-7 working days. Prompt proof approval is essential
to maintain our fast turnaround.
Wedding
Stationery / Bespoke Orders
Proofs are normally sent within 3 days of receiving your order
and your order is normally printed and despatched with one
week of your final approval. In the case of more complex orders,
we will provide you with an estimate of timescale for completion.

FAQ
Payment In the case of postcards, folded cards, notelets and
letterheads, payment is required with order.
Payment for Wedding Stationery and other products is required
prior to despatch.
In the case of special / bespoke orders, we may sometimes
ask for a deposit. We will advise on this before commencing
work on your order.
